Impressionist painting of a poppy field. This is based on photographs taken on a recent field trip with my art group to a local nature reserve near Lough Neagh. The strong colour of the poppies contrasting against the green of the grasses.

Oil on canvas, 16 x 16 ins, palette knife and brush. Unframed.
