Abstract oil painting in soft greens.

Looking through a window at this shaded pond, lit by swathes of yellow irises.
Bold brush strokes are used to describe the dark water, pierced by delicate iris flowers and edged by overhanging trees. This was an idyllic and atmospheric spot to paint.

This piece was painted using Michael Harding Professional Artists oil colours, on a gesso primed board. It is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
