Exquisite mixed-media painting of Pomegranate displaying four halves arranged in a gold square celebrating the beauty of the fruit with its jewel-like seeds. Painted in a decorative style influenced by late medieval period and costumes of Royal Tudor Court. Painted in ink with gold pastel and inspired by visits to the Alhambra, Granada, in Andalucia and the Spanish Princess who later became Catherine of Aragon and who's emblem was the Pomegranate.

This original artwork is sold mounted and cellophane wrapped.
