Original artwork description:

Polperro is the place I paint more than any other as it's where I grew up. I was born just yards from the viewpoint here, the old Roman bridge. This is the view of the inner harbour looking to the warren and little quay.

Lots of texture for the cobb cottages, rough harbour walls and the movement of the sea. Small boats moored safely.

Acrylic on deep edge canvas, varnished, sides painted white, strung on the back ready to hang so no need of a frame.

50cm x 50cm x 3cm.
