Artwork description:

A square atmospheric black & white coastal landscapes exploring perspective and diagonals.

This photograph is from the summer of 1998 and was captured with my old trusted Bronica SQAi medium format camera on Kodak T-MAX 100. I intentionally over-exposed it by 1 stop and pulled (under-processed) it for a softer tonal range.

It was an unusually warm day with not a cloud in the sky and I had decided to pack my camera and take the 75km (46 miles) cycle trip to visit a friend. I did a few stops along the way to capture some landscapes but this is my favourite from the trip. It's one I've been planning to pull out of the archives for quite some time.
