Original artwork description:

This extra large piece in my aerial landscape series is my entry to the Octopus Energy Art Prize competition "Portraits from the Precipice".

This piece is influenced by aerial photography of our polar ice caps. Due to global warming areas that were once ice are now blue lakes. This impacts us all, now is the time to act.

This piece is painted with acrylic inks and white ink which are vibrant and colourfast, onto cold pressed watercolour paper which has a lovely texture to it.
