Original artwork description:

My young girls are keen ballerinas and every Saturday morning is spent ferrying them backwards and forwards to their ballet classes. Just recently they both took part in the ballet school show of 'Coppelia' and it was amazing. I was so taken with the beautiful costumes, the lights and music. So inspiring!

This scene is from my imagination and shows an older ballerina giving last minute instruction to a youngster just before the curtain goes up and totally reflects the personalities of my two daughters.

Set into white wooden floating frame.
