Original artwork description:

The neighbourhood of Poblenou in Barcelona is an area undergoing dramatic changes during the last 15 years. I’ve been photographing the abandoned industrial buildings, street art, hidden corners and neighbours for much of this period.
In this artwork I have used my own photos of the area's industrial buildings and street art to create a 3D photographic montage.
The design is first printed onto high quality photographic vinyl and applied to rigid card. Then each layer is seperated by 1cm foam board to give the artwork depth. It is then hand framed in a stained and varnished pine frame.
