The impressionist Henri Matisse said: One should not forget to see the world through the eyes of a child. Mindfulness research also considers it important to save the inner child for a lifetime. Especially nowadays it is important to approach a lot in a playful way. Nothing speaks against dreaming now and then, laughing loudly or grinning broadly, trying out new things impartially and looking back at the little wonders of everyday life.
