Original artwork description:

This partly coloured Collagraph/Frottage is inspired by the great german artist Max Ernst. I used a mix of two printing techniques - collagraphy and frottage - and charcoal as printing colour. The discrete colouring with watercolours gives a beautiful contrast to the delicate nuances of the printed leaf structure. Oak leaves and winter aconites were used as printing templates.

As this printing technique hardly allows more than one print of the same template, this artwork is UNIQUE (monoprint). The Artwork is signed on the front (initials) and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
