I painted this picture during my trip to Sardinia in May 2018. We lived in a villa surrounded by flowering lemon trees and olive trees. I looked around and marveled at the richness and diversity of the surrounding flora. This particular plant captivated me with its simplicity and form.

Clairefontaine Watercolor paper 95 lb (200g), cold pressed, natural white, brushes, professional watercolors.
