There is so much pleasure to be found winding your way through the narrow streets of French villages. Turning a corner and discovering a mossy fountain perched in the center of a quiet square is always a joy. This painting was inspired by my explorations of the village of Saignon in the Luberon mountains, early one July morning.

Sold unframed with sides painted charcoal gray.
