Original artwork description:
Painted on-site in the artist's neighborhood in Minneapolis, MN. Features a smokebush with brilliant autumn colored foliage in pink, salmon, peach and red against a background of trees with yellow foliage. The grass is strewn with bronze and orange fallen leaves.
Painted in oil over casein paint on board. The soft, matte texture of the sky and grass is created with casein paint. The thickly textured foliage is created with oil applied with palette knife.
Framed in a 3" wide wood frame with a black-brown finish and gold inner edge. May also be purchased unframed by request.
