Inspired by a beautiful photograph taken by my friend. I love flowers, gardens and anything natural and colourful. I have added this stunning painting to my collection 'Something Pink'

These flowers will last forever and would make a wonderful Valentines gift or keepsake anytime of the year. My painting won the Highly Commended Flora Award 2014 at Sutton Coldfield Society Spring 2015 exhibition

I love working with ink and gouache on canvas the end result looks a little like pastel and ink. Glass is required to protect the many layers of paint and ink used to create the picture.

The final size of the finished artwork including mount surround and frame is 20" x 16". I have chosen classic white to set the bright colours off.
