I've painted these enormous peonies in the Hohenheim Botanical Garden. The flowers are so big, that can barely support itself on the stems.
Fresh and bright colored, these flowers have an incredible sweet flavor, which unfortunately couldn't be express on the canvas.

Juicy pink petals are richly lit with the sunlight. Light shows the texture of the flowers, shimmers in the water drops, hidden in the peonies core. Emerald green of leafs and grass on the background highlights the saturation and softness of pink color. The perfect harmony of green and red tones is one of the most beautiful in the nature.

This flower painting perfectly fits to any interior, decorates a living room, bedroom or children's room.
