Original oil painting. Painting from life with beautiful blonde model in a classical setting, following traditional painting method used by old masters. The process begins with a monochromatic underpainting to establish composition and value, followed by multiple layers of transparent, translucent and opaque colors. This is a time-consuming process as each layer of paint has to dry before the next layer can be applied, but the result is quite satisfying. The color scheme is soothing and beautiful.
