Original artwork description:

Trying out monoprints for a new art project... so I am using my colors and symbols and here comes a series of new monotypes: a lovely abstract expressive and absolutely unique monoprint with moon, stars and beautiful structures and sparkling metallic pigments on off white printing paper.

The monoprint technique means that you can only make one original print from the printing plate and after that you have to create another painting. This means each "print" is more a unique painting than a print as no two monoprints can ever be the same although you maybe able to reuse forms. This is why there will be always only a 1/1 limited edition.

The print is a handmade original one of a kind artwork with acrylic colors on professional 170g off white print paper, 30x40 cm (whole sheet as it comes). You can frame it as it is or you can allow some cm each side to go under a bigger mat, the size depends on how big you want your frame and on how much of the paper you want to show. Any good framer can help you with that and suggest the best solution for you.

The print comes unframed, signed and titled on the front with certificate of authenticity.

The colors are a bit difficult to catch, I tried to photograph the original colors of the print as close as possible, but then the paper always looks a bit more yellowish than it really is. It is natural creme offwhite print paper. Ask me, if there are any questions or if you need any advice on framing.
