Original artwork description:

A colourful, abstract work inspired by nature and light. It is inspired by spring colours.
Here, close to the mountains, I have a lot of opportunities to study the change of nature from winter to spring with its bright and lovely colours.
Nature calms the soul and makes me happy and this is an abstracted version of it.

Drawing on Chinese silk paper or Wenzhou paper became collages in many layers and were eventually put beneath wax.
The wax gives the artwork a soft finish but the strong lines and drawings still stand out.
I worked on MDF-board, there is a hook integrated on the back of the board so that the work is ready to hang. Of course it should not be hung in a place where strong sunlight shines on it all day. If this is taken care of these artworks will have the same life span as any other - forever!
I worked with ink, watercolour, acrylic, oil colours and wax on paper fixed on a MDF board.
