Bold yet soft and muted large scale abstract that was done with acrylic and mixed media (pencil, marker, fabric) on heavy paper in shades of peach, golden yellow, aqua, orange with a neutral beige background. It is sealed with a satin protective finish. The piece can easily be applied to a hard surface by a reputable framer and framed. I have done this with several of my large paper pieces for family members and they came out beautifully. If you have any questions please message me.
**NOTE: The piece will be shipped rolled in a tube to be mounted and framed by the collector.**
It is signed on the front and back along with the title and date created.
I name my pieces by what occurred while painting the piece. What moved me, what struggles had to be overcome, my mood, my train of thought, what the piece reminded me of, sometimes a song that was on and the beat moved me or the lyrics influenced me in some way. Some pieces are named clearly with a bit of humor. I never intentionally start out a painting saying “I’m going to do this, or I’m going to do that”. All of my pieces morph into something that is totally surprising and unexpected.
