Went to see the pink flannel in the blue mountains, a rare sea of blossoms that happened once or twice in a hundred years as the seeds only germinate after drought, bushfire and plenty of rain. It’s unbelievably beautiful to see these pink fluffy little flowers surround the black charred branches from last year’s unprecedented bushfire.
