This painting is a combination of pop art and realism. It is made with oil paint on canvas, and she really comes to life through the blending between lights and darks to separate her from the background. The depth of the colors make her feel real, and the lack of the brush strokes in my paintings is really what separates a good from a master painter. Having used oil paint for 5 years now, and painting for more than 8 years now, has allowed me to really master different techniques.

The eyes of the woman, her mouth, they all carry an expression rather than just oil paint colors nicely blended together. Even the mask itself makes you forget you're looking at a painting because it responds to her face structure, it is affected by light, and her hands pulling down to cover her face. It makes you wonder what is that face behind the mask? And that is where your imagination can be set free.

I love playing with colors as an artist to add to the painting, and just adding a yellow background wasn't enough. I purposely structured this piece so that the yellow blends into the stripe of the mask. This gives the mask even more weight, in an effort to make the whole painting stand out and not just her body. Everything in this painting plays with each other. No color is there to just fill in a void, but they complement each other, and you would look at this piece differently if it wasn't as I have made it.

I pride myself on making pieces that you will not find anywhere else because it adds to their value, gives them meaning. My growth over the years can be seen in all my paintings, but one thing that remains constant is my premium craftsmanship and clientele servicing.

This masterpiece will fit well in a living room as a conversation started, as decoration. It can go as far as the bedroom, to add both an empowering and sexy vibe to your daily. No matter where this piece goes, it will make a statement. Question is, what statement are you looking to make?
