This year, in February, I found myself in a real greenhouse with blooming azaleas in the Botanical Garden. It's like another parallel of life, where you find yourself in a fabulous place in the middle of a cold winter. I used to draw quick sketches from nature, but now I can't help but draw them at home from photographs. I like the plasticity and transparency of the petals or, on the contrary, their rich colour. I am attracted by their proud and at the same time delicate beauty.

My watercolour flowers are very harmoniously combined with each other and can be arranged in a diptych or triptych. Combine them and arrange them as you like. I framed the entire series in white wooden frames with white matting and put it together in the Flowers in Frames collection.
