On the island in the Mediterranean Sea, Mallorca, where I moved, there are a lot of pine trees. This is one of the reasons why I fell in love with this place. These are my favorite trees. They seem so strong and proud to me. Their slender trunks, branches tending upwards, the light that breaks through the needles, in them, as in the stained-glass windows of temples, light is refracted and plays. Being next to the pine trees makes me feel like I’m in a cathedral; watching these trees seems to elevate my soul.
I hope the picture that sits in your home will fill it with strength, resilience and peace, that’s what I feel watching these trees.
All paintings painted by me can be hung on the wall without a frame, I finish the side ends so that the picture looks complete and modern in any interior.
