Piano and Blue Vase 60x45cm oil painting on canvas board. _x000D_ _x000D_ I am a piano player and I recently bought this Yamaha piano that sounds more like a Bose forger than a Yamaha. Beautiful warm sound. This is a piano for life. I love it so much and I think it comes across in the painting that I do. I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement. I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
