Here is another expression of form, color mixes, skin tones and body language. Seems I’ve gotten into this mood to paint women, conceptual, in threes. This version has a posing for the camera look to it, plus the flow of colors… hence the title. This is a favourite paper. A convenient size, just the right absorbency for this raw paper, thick & soft, very white, and my colors really shine out.
The close up pictures allows a better feel for the texture and brush stroke of the painting. Then there’s the work in progress, and me next to the painting for perspective.
