Peonies are probably one of my favourite flowers - so fleeting and blousey and incredible colours that mark the start of Summer.
This painting is very loose and gestural. The painting has been built up in many layers of ink, acrylic and water colour. The result is an explosion of colour with fresh zingy greens and soft pinks.
The painting is supplied rolled in a tube for mounting and framing. I would suggest a white/cream mount and similar wooden frame and I can supply these if required at extra cost.
