Original artwork description:

Many years ago, and following the height of architectural fashion, a European-style shop was built in the brand new city of Tel Aviv. Boasting a small arcade, wrought-iron balconies and other cutting edge features, including a rooftop restaurant and the country’s first lift. Over time, like much of the south of the city, decay set in, and the Eclectic Style buildings fell into disrepair. This work seeks to capture the flavour of the building now, and makes a great souvenir of Tel Aviv, and a wonderful gift.

Texture has been added to create extra depth. The canvas is 0.5 inches deep and can therefore hang without a frame if wished.
