For me, darkness is infinite possibility. Against blackness, the glow of the stars is revealed, allowing a glimpse into the vastness of our universe. When the night obscures our ability to see, imagination takes over for our eyes, and visions are created from our conscious and unconscious mind. In the stillness of sleep entire worlds are formed, revealing our fears and fantasies. In winter we get to dwell more fully in this darkness, finding our light within it.

As all prints are hand pressed, each will have some minor differences, which I believe adds to the character of the print. I cannot guarantee that you will receive the edition featured in the photo.

linoleum block, Caligo inks, Hosho paper
