My work leans towards an air of the surreal and sublime. A moment in time that is left open for the viewers imagination to interpret and yet is symbolic in nature.

My medium of choice is usually watercolor. It has a delicate luminous quality that lends itself to the type of themes that interest me. Watercolour is unforgiving and unpredictable and its fluid nature makes it hard to control giving the painting experience an essence of the untamed.

The post is still operating but it might take the painting a little longer to arrive, so far I have had no problems.

Windsor and newton professional watercolour paint on Arches watercolour hot pressed 100% cotton paper.
