The artwork is part of the Leggy Women series.
I appreciate simple, natural, and bionic forms, but I understand that not all viewers, including some fellow artists, may fully grasp them. To avoid self-absorption in my art, I aimed to connect with art enthusiasts. Reflecting on this, I realized that the human body is the most familiar and relatable aspect for people. Consequently, I developed a module consisting of silhouettes of legs and a head to establish a connection between my art and the audience.
Crafted from ceramic, this piece features metal elements made of naturally oxidizing steel. As a result, the work undergoes visual changes over time, living its own unique life.
