Original artwork description:

Trying out monoprints for a new art project... so I am using my colors and symbols and here comes "Peace on Earth" - a lovely abstract expressive and absolutely unique monoprint.

The monoprint technique means that you can only make one original print from the printing plate and after that you have to create another painting. This means each "print" is more a unique painting than a print as no two monoprints can ever be the same although you maybe able to reuse forms. This is why there will be always only a 1/1 limited edition.

The print is a handmade original one of a kind artwork with acrylic colors on professional 170g creme white print paper, 50x35 cm (whole sheet as it comes). You can frame it as it is or you can allow 1 cm each side to go under a mat and of course use a much bigger mat and frame.

The print needs to be framed, comes unframed, signed on the front with certificate of authenticity. Any framer can help you to chose the right frame with or without mat. You can also ask me if you want some advice on this.

The colors are a bit difficult to catch, I tried to photograph the original colors of the print as close as possible, but then the paper looks a bit more yellowish than it really is. It is natural creme white print paper. Ask me, if there are any questions.
