This small oil painting "Patchwork Hills" was painted after a visit to the Peak District.

Fields laid out like a patchwork quilt in shades of green.

Materials: Oil paints on cradled panel.

Dimensions: 6" x 6" x 0.75" (15 x 15 x 1.7cm)

Framing: Unframed, but the sides are painted in a dark colour so it is ready to hang, or display it on a shelf.

There's something quite satisfying about a small oil painting.
They can brighten up a small corner, make beautiful gifts and they are a wonderful way of starting a collection of original art.
