Original artwork description:

The green and pleasant lands of Richmond Park.

Painted 'plein air' during a day in Richmond Park, London. This oil painting captures the moment that Spring turns to Summer. The grass and trees are a lush green, fresh from new growth, before the warm summer days begin to dry and lighten the colours. The glossy, light blue sky above spreads warmth, but as the afternoon approaches, cool shadows are cast beneath the oak trees.

Painted with Michael Harding Professional Artists oil paint on an Italian gessoed panel. This artwork is signed and dated on the back (please see additional photograph), and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

For shipping, this painting will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper, foam board, and re-cycled bubble wrap, then placed in a cardboard box.
