Under a tree in full leaf, lovers touch hands. The tree is full of bright light and the overall colour of the painting is blue and violet to suggest a hazy magical summer's evening. Distant trees are whispers of colour against the horizon.
The blush of pink on the tips of the woman's hair mirrors the pink at the top of the tree.

Painted in Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour on heavy *Khadi handmade white 320 gsm paper.

This little painting will be available unframed.
One photograph shows it placed against an existing dark frame in my home.
The painting may be framed with a mount to cover the edges or as with a lot of these paintings on handmade paper, 'floated' to show off the pretty edge of the paper.
