Original artwork description:

For an explanation about the origins of this painting see the description under its slightly older twin brother Pasta And Weathered Wood 1. As well as 197 different art movements Wikipedia list 179 different forms of pasta, and this artist thought that just one painting didn't seem like a representative sample of the worldwide pasta community. And so, like love and marriage, peaches and cream, tuna and mayo, these two paintings really belong together - if they are sold separately, the listed price is €850 each, but if sold together, as a package, the price would be €1200 for the two paintings, (excl. postage) representing a €500 saving, and a 30% discount. And because pasta and wood doesn't have a 'right way up' they are wired to be hung both vertically or horizontally and would thus take up wall spaces of 140x100 cms or 200x70 cms, as you can see in the additional photos. So throw some pasta at the wall and make it stick! You know it makes sense!
