On the sides of the river, two abstract faces stand out, almost carved into the canvas, one on the left and one on the right, each with undefined and blurred features. The face on the left, which represents the male, has earthy, brown and ocher tones, like a rocky profile overlooking the sea. The face on the right is feminine, sinuous like a beach of fine golden and white sand.

The sea in the distance is calm and crystalline, like a suspended horizon. The use of gold on certain sections of the waves and shores evokes a sense of eternity, emphasizing the cyclicality and interconnectedness of times, as if everything existed simultaneously in the same space.
