Original artwork description:

This highly narrative painting intends to guide viewers down many channels of thought. It is a variety of contrasts that guide these narratives. For example, optimism can be found despite the pessimistic tone and satirical elements are woven into what is a rather gentle composition.
The painting is created using traditional oil paints worked on top of areas of cracked plaster. The draughtmanship is highly detailed and composed.
