Accessed via the coast path and next door to Lansallos beach is the little beach called Parson's Cove. Very few people find it so it makes for a quiet swim on a hot day. If you're looking for it, it's on the path between Polperro and Polruan but ssshhh...don't tell everyone! Growing up in Polperro, I used to walk to it often and still return whenever I can. I'm not sure there's quite as much sand as I've put into this painting, but the rocks, cliffs and wildflowers should be a familiar sight to those in the know.

Acrylic on canvas, varnished, sides painted white, strung on the back and ready to hang.

33cm x 33cm x 1.5cm.
