parsley sage rosemary and thyme - an abstract painting inspired by aboriginal art, showing the molecules responsible for aroma and flavour in these herbs.
1,3,8,P-menthatriene is parsley, Manool in sage, Rosemarinic acid in rosemary and Thymol in thyme.
I am currently working on a new series of molecular paintings on the theme of food. This painting is signed on the edge and the molecular structures are drawn on the back of the canvas
