As part of my series of close up flowers I painted these Parrot Tulips. They have such vibrant colours, they were a joy to paint. I have used a very fine cotton canvas and Michael Harding oil paints. It is framed in a bespoke off white square frame with a 1cm gap between canvas and frame.
