Collage, paper cut and pastel on board.
Looking closely at shapes and forms in the world around us often gives rise to interesting subjects for me. This collage and pastel piece was inspired by the arresting contrast at play between the geometric forms of playground parkour equipment and the figure, particularly with the drama that light and shadow bring to the scene.
