Original artwork description:
Lucy lying down with her knees raised and day-dreaming. Relaxed and resting facing towards the left of the off-white paper. [Makes a great pair of pictures for your wall with Park Break II where the model lies looking right on a cream paper.]
On the verso (reverse) is Lucy seated leaning back (in a black Conte). Like many of the greats I often use both sides of the paper. It does not show through when put on a board for mounting.
Hard black conte pastel makes the lovely lines when using the edge. Created on a slightly off-white cartridge paper 42 x 30 cm (16.8 x 12") so will be rolled for delivery (glassine inside to protect the drawing).
Mounting/Mat Suggestion: An image is included of how the piece could look if float-mounted or put behind mountboard(s) [in the US known as mats] before framing.
