This painting depicts a scene in a coffee shop "Cafe de flore" with a waiter who has come out to the terrace with a menu to give to one of the visitors. In the foreground on the left is a mature uncle in a blue shirt with a newspaper in his hands, and next to him is a young lady reading the news on her phone, which is the generational difference, as they say. But all the characters in this picture are united by the beauty of the popular Parisian coffee shop "Cafe de flore", which is cozy and calm.

This painting was painted in 2016, when I only dreamed of traveling abroad. In 2018, I saw this cafe with my own eyes when I traveled around Europe and visited Paris. This city inspired me a lot with its charm, café culture, architecture, streets, and beautiful people. Parisians have a certain aesthetic that is fascinating.

I would also like to note that this painting was at most of my personal and group exhibitions, and recently I took it out of the exhibition, and now it is available for sale. I love this painting very much, I have many interesting memories and vivid impressions associated with it.
