Original artwork description:
This is one of the series of paintings inspired by the magnificent colours of the sunset on the Pacific coast of Cost-Rica, which I visited in August 2017. There were the most beautiful sunsets, different every day. On one of the evenings, the setting sun turned sky and the sea into the brightest purple, red and orange, with the gold of the sun itself and its reflected path illuminating the water.
