Artwork description:

Such a welcome guest on our beach, fun and noisy!

for this monoprint on paper, I have used my own linocut, and printed first with plants I have collected and dried , I then dye them and with the help of a heat press I can transfer them to paper to get the very detailed background, I have then added the Oystercatcher in block printing inks. I have numbered the print one of one, as although I will use the linocut again, the back ground is never ever the same, as the plants I use very quickly crumble and has to be discarded. These prints are for me a new way of celebrating nature, being able to introduce the intricate details of real plants into my prints.
The paper measures 30 cm x 42 (12" x 16,5") cm and is high quality coated paper.
I have numbered and signed the print on the front, and you receive this very print.

I ship from my studio in Denmark, with many years experience of sending my prints so they arrive safely, see my over 990 reviews!

Thanks so much for looking and just get in touch if you have any questions!
