Original artwork description:
This is a watercolor piece of an alligator on the Owahee trail in West Palm Beach. This was a small alligator just at the bottom of a grassy ramp that went into the water. Certainly not inviting anyone to walk down the ramp towards the edge. This alligator's size indicated its age and the likelihood that is was merely resting at the edge and enjoyed watching the hikers and cyclists go by who use the trail. This is also very early in my exploration of watercolor painting.
