This is vintage Ludescher. I painted this around 1990 as part of a series about world hunger. This painting has been featured on the cover of a magazine that is distributed around the world. It was also exhibited in a show in Canada denouncing racism and human right issues. I painted it as a nod to small farmers--before their plight became so exposed. it's always been one of my favorites. And, sustainable, organic agriculture is still a topic of immense interest to me. This is the first time it is being offered for sale. A portion of the sale will be donated to an appropriate charity.
