Artwork description:

A 5 colour greyscale reduction linocut of a lovely old barn, sadly now neglected, on a farm in the Ottawa Valley. This region's farmers (including our predecessors) have struggled for over 150 years with marginal soils, lots of rock and poor drainage. Many farms are now being abandoned.

During the printing process, I also produced a few versions, using the same block but not the full five colours, on Fabriano black paper.
