Original artwork description:

“Any fool can turn a blind eye but who knows what the ostrich sees in the sand.”
― Samuel Beckett, Murphy

My first Ostrich! Such a lot of attitude. I very much enjoyed playing with the monochromatic colours, with only a hint of warmth in the beak.

Artwork comes framed in either a 75mm Bronze floral embossed (high pattern) wooden mold, or a light grey wooden frame, both ready to hang without glass. Oil paintings stay healthiest with air flow over the canvas surface, it also allows you to see the texture of the paint without reflection.
