Original artwork description:

A development of the the themed 'Consideration of a Landscape' paintings opening up and raising the point of view to show the field network though retaining the same horizon and the large farm on the distant horizon. The Orkney landscape tends, in the main, to consist of softly undulating horizons with folds of land very similar to the long slow waves in the surrounding seas but peaceful unlike the sea.
